Guitar Rig 5 Preset Overload! Hundreds of Presets! (I use one because I don't have money for an actual amp), and one of the best is Guitar Rig 5. Here I.
After almost a decade, Guitar Rig has grown to be one of the most complex and feature-packed guitar effects software. The current version Guitar Rig 5 carries a truck load worth of gear, which you can mix and match in a myriad of ways. It highlights the advantage of having digital amp and effects modeling - getting tone versatility without having to buy, carry and setup multiple amps and effects. To prevent any copyright issues, all the virtual gear available have pseudonyms that are easy to 'get'. The name hints on the particular brand of gear, while the graphical interface also does the same. A good example of this is the 'Citrus' model, which as you may have guessed, is bass on a 70's era Orange amplifier.
The current number of amps available is now 17, although not as many as others, they do emulate some of the most popular amps in history from old Bassmans to modern high gain amplifiers. The virtual amps follow the original multi-channel design and control knobs of the amp they are based on, allowing for closer tone approximations. There are also extra 'Expert Parameters' where advanced tone shaping can be achieved, like adjusting the power supply, reducing supply voltage, and even setting the age of the tubes inside the virtual amps!Although their amp simulations are good, Guitar Rig's true strength is its 54 modeled rack type and stompbox effects.
These effects provide impressively accurate reproductions of classic hardware devices. And not only that - you can get multiple flavors of all essential guitar effects giving you quality and versatility at the same time. For instance, you can choose between 11 overdrive, distortion and fuzz units to drive your sound, with each one having the same parameters available as the hardware they are based from. There are also plenty of modulation, filter, compressor, limiter, reverb and delay effects to keep even the most versatile guitarist happy. And the beauty of having all of them in digital form is that you can chain them together the way you want them to without worrying about pedalboard space, cables and budget! For hardcore tone seekers, this software offers multiple tone mixing options. You can align 8 virtual mics at a cabinet of your choice, or you can have 8 of these custom setups in one!
Extensive virtual cabinet mic'ing maybe overkill to others, but it may come in handy for some.Aside from being very useful for recording, this software is designed to be compatible with a special foot controller, which turns your computer into an ideal effects processor for live performances. This means that you can have the exact same sound on your record and on your live performances.Go to to download the Demo version for Mac & Windows. The full version of Guitar Rig 5 is currently retailing for $199. Guitar rig 5 is just 12% so will come back later after its installed I will also place my serial in native access for GR5 see if that works ok as when I have ran GR5 and go to about it says full and also serial no. But how comes all the presets are demoEDIT: I am getting a bit fed up now with this guitar rig 5 pro as I have yet again tried to install it through Native Access and yet still it shows when i load all presets show demo, also I imported some presets and they say this preset will only be loaded aftyer you activate the product GR5 which i have in Native Access, so I am going to uninstall everything to do with GR% etc all in control panel to do with NI then also use that tool thing see what happens after that.

Hi I uninstalled all of GR5 and everything else also used the NI Uninstall RegTool64bit to clear all from registry, rebooted PC then just installed Native Access only nothing else. Then after it was installed I said install GR5 which it did.
But again soon as I started GR5 I get all of this again below. Are those presets meant to say demo, also even ones I have imported, says about the presets can only be loaded after you activate the product, but as you can see it is activated.
I don't seem to have service centre no more. Once again thank you for being so helpful, But I was thinking is there a guitar rig 5 player then, as maybe thats what I need and not guitar rig 5 pro as I believe I must still have some bit left in my registry of GR5 pro, and I would need GR% player, maybe this is where i am getting confused, or am i wrong. I am on windows 10 I will uninstall all again, plus check registry too for anything to do with GR5EDIT: can you tell me what Guitar Rig 5 player looks like as I went to download it, as it says free and it says Guitar Rig 5 5.2.0 Setup PC.exe they gave me a key in mail. I installed it, now in service centre it asked for key which I have added to activate it. But it seems to be updating now toV 5.2.2.so is GR5 player same as GR5 pro what i have been on about. Click to expand. No, The free Guitar Rig Player is an entry version and has limited features & content in comparison to the full GR 5 Pro version. And each version has their own Serial, as well!Presets, components, etc. Click to expand. An UpDATE from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 just means that the latest available software version is installed for this product (which is version 5.2.2).An UpGRADE from Player to Pro version is something different.
In this case you bought and activated GR Pro, so the Player version is upgraded to the Pro version (and unlocks the additional features + content from the Pro version). The differences in terms of features + content between the Player and Pro version can be found in the FAQ and comparison chart links I attached in post #8 above.-Honestly, I still don't know exactly if you bought the Pro version. So I'll try to ask again:Did you buy GR Pro (price for the full version is € 199,00)?Or did you only get the GR Player (which is available for free)? As I mentioned before, both products (GR Player and GR Pro) have their own serial for Activation.
